Your Mojave mic is built to last and with proper care it will provide you with decades of trouble-free service. If you ever encounter an issue, visit our FAQ page. You’ll be surprised how many problems can be solved here. We also highly recommend joining our Mojave Mic Users Group on Facebook. At Mojave, we’re all about community, and Mojave Mic fans are enthusiastic and helpful. Of course, if your Mojave microphone still needs TLC from our in-house Repair Department, we’ve got you.
After you’ve visited our FAQ page and posted your question on the Mojave Mic Users Facebook Group, if your Mojave is still behaving, as David Royer would say, “Like it’s eaten some bad squirrel, ” then what? Proceed.
You will need a Return Authorization Number to begin the repair process. To get one, contact us at support@mojaveaudio.com.

Repair Authorization number
Mojave Repairs must be accompanied by a Repair Authorization Number. You’ll receive this number in the confirmation e-mail when you contact us at support@mojaveaudio.com. Please include your RA Number on your shipping package and on all correspondence with our friendly Repair Team. We do our best to re-unite you and your Mojave inside of four weeks.
REPAIR RATES
Once we receive your Mojave mic we’re happy to provide you with an estimate for your repair, billed as a 1/2 hour labor charge of $75.00 USD. Once you give us the go-ahead, your estimate charge can be applied to your repair invoice. Our labor rate is $150 USD per hour plus return shipping charge.
Our service department will notify you when your repair is complete, and for final payment. Mojave accepts most major credit cards. We use UPS for return shipments. Please let us know if you require an Adult Signature for delivery and how much you want your return shipment to be insured for.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Mojave Audio warrants its microphones and audio products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years.
Our warranty covers the original owner who purchased the Mojave Audio product from an authorized Mojave dealer with a Product Registration on file with us. Warranties are not transferable.
Our warranty does not cover user damage or abuse and is void if the product has been disassembled, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Mojave Audio’s Repair Department.
Non-audio accessories such as cases are not warrantied. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Mojave is committed to manufacturing and servicing the highest quality products without compromise.
